MAATRIKA 2019 Guidelines for paper submission

Abstract Application Format

Each application should specify whether it is for an oral or a poster presentation.
  • The full title of your submission (max 50 words)
  • Names of all authors (up to a maximum of 4)
  • Affiliations of all authors
  • Your abstract (max 400 words). Please include:
    • Subject category which best describes your submission
    •  Objectives
    •  Methods
    •  Results
    • Conclusions
  • If you are submitting a case report abstract, please include the following information:  Introduction, Clinical Description, Discussion and Conclusion
  • Name ,email address of the presenting author, year of passing MD / DGO / DNB
  • Font: Times New Roman, Size : 12
Last date for submission : 15th November 2019
Submit to : either give a mail / online submission

Submission limit

  • Only one presentation will be permitted to one presenting author.
  • There are no restrictions on the number of abstracts submitted

Prizes

  • Only abstracts conforming to the Conference key topics (New interventions in Gynaecology, Infertility, Miscellaneous) will be considered for prizes.
  • You are free to submit papers / posters belonging to other topics also. They will however not be considered for prizes.

Presenting author

  • The presenting author must be a registered conference delegate.
  • Only the name of the presenting author will appear in the final conference programme.
  • Presenters whose abstracts have been accepted must register for the Conference and pay the registration fee before the registration deadline stated below.
  • Presenting author will not be permitted to do a spot registration
  • Failure to register in time will result in exclusion from the programme.

Acceptance notification

  • Presenters will be notified regarding acceptation of their abstracts by 15th November, 2019.
  • Presenters whose abstracts have been accepted must register for the Conference and pay the registration fee before 15th November, 2019.
  • Failure to register in time may result in exclusion from the programme.
  • Further details and instructions for oral and poster presentation would be conveyed after that time.

Presentation Format (If accepted)

  • Oral presentations will be allocated 7 minutes for the presentation with an additional 3 minutes for questions and audience interaction. Further details will be conveyed after acceptance.
  • Poster presentations will be in the format and size that will be conveyed after acceptance.
